Book Review – When: The scientific secrets of perfect timing

Another book by Daniel H. Pink which I truly enjoyed. This one is about timing! Not a how-to book but a when-to book!

  • When to go first in a job interview?
  • When to quit your marriage or your current job?
  • When to make doctor’s appointments so that you get the best care and medical decisions?
  • When to make life-changing decisions – mornings, lunchtimes or afternoons?

This is a well-written book with full of data and evidence to support the many fascinating stories and examples that the author has outlined. Timing is more than an art – it’s also scientific! Pink includes a time hacker’s handbook after each chapter to give readers some practical ways and tools to help us put the insights into practice.

I’m fascinated with time and this was another book that I sank my teeth in. So if you follow this blog and you’ve decided that you also like my taste in non-fiction books then this is a must-read for you!
